MindStone Agent Harness

The full native MindStone Agent Harness is coming soon.

The older harness documentation has been removed from the published docs tree for now because it reflects an earlier architecture and does not match the current product state. That material has not been deleted; it has been archived for later audit, correction, and re-publication when the native harness is ready.

Current public status

The full harness is not being presented as installable yet.
Native CLI/TUI/Gateway work is in progress in the MindStone-Agent codebase.
Public install/use paths today are MindStone for Claude Code and MindStone for Pi.
Synapse is documented separately as the agent/human communication layer.

What the harness is expected to include

The native harness direction includes:

persistent identity and user context
append-only transcript continuity
structured memory and recall
context management
native CLI/TUI chat
Gateway and WebChat surfaces
future channel surfaces
lifecycle/checkpoint support
productized setup and diagnostics

Those details will be reintroduced here only after the docs are reconciled with the current implementation and validation state.
